To me, trauma-informed yoga is all about choice. I work with each person to find breath and movement practices that support their healing.

I currently offer trauma-informed private sessions out of Studio 20, and teach Yoga as Healing at UCSF/USF.

In addition to my background in counseling for survivors of sexual and domestic violence, I’ve studied trauma-informed yoga with David Emerson, Molly Boeder Harris, Lisa Danylchuk, and Zabie Yamasaki.

I’ve been a practitioner with The Breathe Network since 2014. The Breathe Network connects survivors of sexual violence to trauma-informed, sliding-scale, holistic healing arts professionals.
