Private yoga is a wonderful way to begin a new practice, deepen an existing one, or benefit from the one-on-one support that’s not always available in group classes. Private sessions can be booked for individuals, couples, or small groups.

I specialize in working with yoga beginners and people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and patterns of stress and tension. Sessions are often a blend of restorative, yin, intentional movement, alignment work, and deep rest – always tailored to your unique needs.

I see private clients in person in Brooklyn, NY. I also offer virtual private sessions over Zoom and FaceTime.
