Private yoga is a wonderful way to begin a new practice, deepen an existing one, or benefit from the one-on-one support that’s not always available in group classes. Private sessions can be booked for individuals, couples, or small groups.

Ryann specializes in working with yoga beginners and people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and patterns of stress and tension. Sessions are often a blend of restorative, yin, intentional movement, alignment work, and deep rest – always tailored to your unique needs.
